Learn MoreBrick is less common than block in Las Vegas, which makes a real brick mason harder to find. Ram Masonry has laid brick across the valley since 2014. Owner Juan Delgadillo, called Junior, is on the job himself. He holds Nevada masonry license C-18 number 0080771 and carries a bond and insurance. We build brick walls, columns, veneer on homes, fireplaces, mailboxes, and planters. We also repair brick that has cracked, spalled, or shifted out of line. Our brick work reaches Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, and Boulder City. Estimates are free.
Most brick work in Las Vegas falls into two buckets. Some of it is new. That covers a brick wall, a set of columns, a veneer front, or a fireplace inside the house. The rest is repair on brick that has stood for decades. Mortar joints wear out, faces flake off, and cracks open where the ground has moved. We do both. On repairs we match brick size, color, joint profile, and mortar color as close as supply allows. On new work we run a line and keep the courses level from the first row up.

Most brick jobs here start with a wall or a column. That can be a garden wall, a low front wall, a pair of driveway columns, or a mailbox surround. We pour a footing first. The first course gets set on a string line, and the wall goes up level from there.
Brick veneer is the other steady request. Veneer is a single layer of brick tied back to the wall of the house. It changes the face of a home without touching the framing behind it. We build in flashing and weep holes so water that gets past the brick has a way out.
We lay brick on commercial buildings too, from storefronts to entry columns. Brick pavers for driveways and patios have their own page. If you want a block wall or stone veneer instead, we build those as well. We also pour concrete, so a wall and the slab at its base can be done on the same job.
A red brick fireplace is one of the jobs we get asked about most. Inside the house, we build the firebox surround and the face in brick. The hearth gets set level and tied into the floor. Brick choice and joint style set the look more than anything else.
Remodels come in just as often. Plenty of valley homes still have the brick fireplace the builder put in decades ago. We can reface the front, rebuild the hearth, reshape the surround, or carry brick to the ceiling. Sometimes the brick is fine and the mortar joints are what look tired.
Every fireplace starts with a look at what is already there. The condition of the firebox and the chimney changes both the plan and the price. We give you the number before any brick comes off the wall.
Brick fails in ways you can see from the yard. Mortar joints go soft and sandy. Brick faces flake and pop off, which masons call spalling. Cracks run in stair steps down a wall where the ground under it has settled.
The fix follows the cause. A crack over a settled footing needs the footing dealt with, or the crack comes back in a year. Blown-out brick gets cut out and replaced. Worn joints get raked out and repointed with fresh mortar.
Matching is the hard part of brick repair. Brick sizes, colors, textures, and joint styles have changed over the decades. We find the closest brick available and blend it into the wall around the patch. Mortar color gets matched too, since a bright new joint draws the eye faster than the brick.
Every brick job gets priced on its own. Wall size or fireplace size sets the base. Brick type moves it, since a common red brick costs less than a specialty brick.
Access matters as much as size. A narrow side gate means brick and mortar move by wheelbarrow instead of by machine. Footing work, demo of old brick, haul-off, and repairs behind the wall all add hours to the job.
Repairs are harder to price without seeing them. A small patch and a full rebuild can look the same from the street. We come out and look at the brick, then give you a written number. The estimate is free.
Junior has run Ram Masonry since 2014, with decades of masonry work behind it. The company holds Nevada masonry license C-18 number 0080771 and is bonded and insured. We take on residential and commercial brick alike.
Block is the default building material in this valley, so many crews rarely lay brick. We lay it year round, on homes and on commercial buildings. That shows up in straight courses and joints that read the same across the whole wall.

(702) 769-4416From the first look at the site to the final walk-through, here is exactly how it goes.
Call or send the form, and photos by text get a fast first read. For a firm number we come out, measure the run, and check what sits under the job: grade, access, caliche, old work.
You get a written price and timeline before any work starts. If a permit or engineering applies, the estimate says so. Repair and rebuild get quoted as separate numbers when both are on the table.
Footings dug to bearing and inspected, rebar and grout in the cells, base compacted before concrete, mortar kept from drying too fast in the heat. The parts you never see get built like the parts you do.
We walk the finished work with you: walls plumb, joints full, slabs draining the right way, site cleaned up. Done means you have looked at every part of it and said so.

Learn MoreBlock, brick, stone and concrete are the whole business, not a sideline. Footings dug to bearing, cells grouted around steel, joints struck full. That is why the walls we build stay straight.
Vegas heat and monsoon wind punish shortcuts. Early summer pours, mortar kept from drying too fast, drainage behind every retaining wall, footings cut through caliche instead of stopping on it.
