These are the questions Las Vegas valley homeowners ask us most: what we build, how
repairs work, what drives cost, and when permits come into play.
Don't see yours? Call us and ask the crew directly.
We work the whole Las Vegas valley: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Sunrise Manor, Whitney, Winchester, Summerlin and Boulder City. If your property sits anywhere in Clark County, call and we will tell you whether it fits our schedule.
What services do you offer?
All types of masonry and concrete. Block walls and retaining walls, concrete slabs, driveways and patios, stamped concrete, paver installation, brick work, stone veneer, and outdoor kitchens, BBQ islands, fire pits and fireplaces. If it is built from block, brick, stone, pavers or concrete, we build it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ram Masonry LLC holds Nevada contractors license C-18 for masonry, number 0080771, and the company is bonded and insured. The C-18 is the state masonry classification, and it is what lets us pull wall permits under our own license.
How much does a block wall cost?
A standard six foot block wall in the valley commonly lands somewhere near $55 to $100 per linear foot installed, covering footing, rebar, block, grout and cap. Height, caliche digging, access and gates move the number. Every wall is bid on site, and the estimate is free.
Do I need a permit for a wall or concrete work?
Often yes. Unincorporated Clark County requires a permit for walls over 24 inches, and Henderson, North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Boulder City each run their own permit desks. Ground-level patio slabs usually skip the permit. We check the rules for your parcel and pull what the job needs.
Do you do repairs, or only new work?
Both. Block wall repair is steady work here: cracked sections, leaning runs, car strikes and wall raises. We also repair brick, stone veneer and settled pavers. We look at the footing before quoting, because patching block on a failed footing does not hold.
Do you work with builders and commercial properties?
Yes. We pour footings and building pads, build CMU buildings and trash enclosures, and have run long block wall and sound wall projects. General contractors and property managers get the same written scope a homeowner gets. Residential and commercial both run under the same license.
How do estimates work?
They are free. Call (702) 769-4416 or send the form, and photos of the area help us give a fast first read. For a firm number we come out, measure, and look at what sits under the job. You get the price in writing before any work starts.
How long does a typical project take?
A block wall repair or small patio usually runs a few days. A full wall, driveway replacement or paver install commonly runs a week or less on site. Outdoor kitchens and fireplaces take longer because footing, block, veneer and counters each need their own day. You get a timeline with the estimate.
Who will actually be on my job?
Ram Masonry is owner-run. Juan Delgadillo, who goes by Junior, has run the company since 2014 with decades of hands-on masonry before that. He prices the work and runs the jobs with his crew, so the person who quoted your project is the one responsible for building it.
